The Pizza Oven Fire Shield can add another level to your outdoor culinary experience essential for reducing and deflecting the direct heat from the fire offering pizza edge protection. It now has 2 positions of operation allowing either the small or larger holes to face the fire and control the heat to a greater extent. Along with with being a flame guard, it is also a great log and ash guard to keep your oven floor clean and prevent your food from burning by controlling the cooking temperature.
