The Skewergrill

Browning Ovens is introducing an exciting new product - The SKEWERGRILL. We have been working on this unique rotisserie and are very pleased with the result. It fits comfortably in a woodfired pizza oven and can also be used as a Tuscan grill. It is a multifunctional rotisserie with the option to select number of skewers you would like to use at any given time. Its versatility can inspire your cooking imagination and bring the sizzle to your pizza oven!

The SKEWERGRILL is primarily made from stainless steel with some brass drive parts. The DC motor with a protective heat shield and the power supply sits outside the oven. A drive shaft with universal joints can attach to multiple points on the grill to supply drive to the gear train. The legs are easily adjustable to offer various height for cooking. With all the skewers in place and no drive applied it can be used as a Tuscan grill. Alternatively, by adding the drive you can cook sausages to perfection. Removing several skewers and attaching the fork prongs gives further rotisserie cooking options for any type of meat and vegetables. The SKEWERGRILL dimensions are 40x33x8cm W x D x H. The adjustable legs give a cooking height from 8 to 13cm. Each skewer is 35cm long (0.5cm square).
