A pizza oven thermometer is an essential tool if you want a consistent result in your pizza oven. It measures temperature from a distance and is therefore great for measuring the surface temperature of your super-hot pizza oven floor so you can get the perfect pizza every time!
The Kaemeasu KM-550AH has the ideal temperature range and accuracy to measure the required temperatures in your Pizza Oven, but is also versatile enough to be used on may other applications around the kitchen, home and garage.
To operate just point and press the trigger to read the current and maximum temperature automatically on the LCD colour display, a laser dot pointer, helps targets the measurement area.
Settings allow you to change between Celsius and Fahrenheit, turn the laser on or off and adjust the emissivity feature. The unit operates on 2 x AAA. 1 year warranty.

Emissivity Adjustment. Most organic materials, painted or oxidized surfaces have an emissivity of 0.95. Shiny or polished surfaces like aluminum or stainless steel can give inaccurate readings, the Emissivity adjustment can compensate for the surface. The Distance Spot Ratio indicates the diameter of the measurement spot at a distance from the Thermometer.
