Our guarantee covers your pizza oven for a period of 12 months from the installation completion date.

Normal Wear and Tear: Minor cosmetic damage or deterioration that occurs over time with regular use.

Unauthorized Repairs: Any damage or malfunction caused by repairs or modifications not conducted by our authorized service centers.
Pizza Oven Cracks: Small cracks in a pizza oven can occur but are often not a cause for concern and do not affect the oven's performance and would be considered normal wear and tear.
